USPS,FedEx,UPS Express are our shipping methods. In some individual European countries, the package will be shipped out by DHL,UPS,Fedex,DPD Express.
Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please confirm your order information is correct, such as the shoes, the size, and also the city name and the zip code,apt number you left if they are matched. If you didn’t receive the order confirmation email, please go to have a check in your junk mail.
due to the peak season of this period, Once your order pays successfully, your order will be prepared within 2-3 days. The tracking number will be sent to you within 4-5 working days, weekends will have a 1-2 days delay. In this period, you can track your package by the tracking number. Due to the season, the transportation flights have decreased. If you track that the shipping information just a label(DHL, FedEx and UPS), it means your package is queuing to be shipped out from the airport. Normally, the queuing time will be 5-7 working days. due to the peak season , the flight will have a 4-5 days delay, then the queuing time will be over 10-15 days, After your shipping information update, the transportation time will be 3-4 days, which means you will receive your package within 3-4 days.

Speak of the tariffs, generally, the declared price of the package is lower than the starting point for tariff collection in the local country. So you don’t need to pay tariffs. In some individual countries, if you need to pay tariffs when cannot declare a low declaration, please contact us.
